A shot from the dash of the car at night. Can't take credit for the idea, I've seen this done on a few other sites so I thought I'd give it a try.

That's the spirit! Very good shot and colors.

needs cropping from the bottom. There is some slight haze due to the car window panel.

@Streetlights: Thanks for the comments! I couldn't decide whether to crop it or not and in the end just decided to leave the dash. I'm surprised the haze wasn't worse as dirty as the window was. The green is actually from a traffic signal we were approaching. If I do it again I'll actually plan it so there are more lights.

With this focal length (6 mm), and a small aperture, your photo will slightly get affected by the dirt on the window, except when the lights are extremely bright (or accumulate), which is the case at the top right and left.

@Streetlights: Any other suggestions? I should have opened the aperture more, just forgot to check it. You've done several of these but I noticed the exposure time was much shorter.

These always make interesting shots. I've noticed they usually need a fair bit of post processing, dodging and burning and increasing the colour saturation can really make them stunning.

@Stunner: Thanks! Yeah I debated cropping out the dash but in the end decided to leave it. If I do more of these I'll clean them up a little better.
